As some of you know, and have been noticing .. I haven't been around much. I have the biggest opportunity ever to display my true love... my art with the world.
I have been dreaming of displaying my cartoons and having people respond to them and find them amusing. This opportunity is just a beginning to some thing really big, and I have huge faith in. I really can't wait to show you all what I have been working on.
I have a lot riding on me and this is a huge task at hand. The pressure is good, and honestly.. drawing everyday has filled my life back to when I was a kid. Since I was small I have always drawn.. so this opportunity is big!
I am not saying goodbye, but I'm not sure when I will be able to post for the next few months. I do however, plan on going to IMATS!! so if you are there I would love to meet you! I will try from time to time to update, but I find that to be 10% true. I hope you understand.
Thank you ..for those who have been patient. I would be for you.. if you were proceeding on exploring your dream!.. I hope you will be happy for me, regardless if I fail... I have to try. Thanks! <3

LAUREN CONRAD EXCLUSIVE:
Friday, March 26, 2010
Preparation time: 15 minutes to prepare, 3-4 hours to let sit. Always use the freshest fish possible. Make the same day you purchase fresh fish.
- 2 lbs of firm, fresh red snapper fillets (or other firm-fleshed fish), cut into 1/2 inch pieces, completely deboned
- 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup of chopped fresh seeded tomatoes
- 1 serrano chili, seeded and finely diced
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- Dash of ground oregano
- Dash of Tabasco or a light pinch of cayenne pepper
- Tortillas or tortilla chips
In a non-reactive casserole dish, either Pyrex or ceramic, place the fish, onion, tomatoes, chili, salt, Tabasco, and oregano. Cover with lime and lemon juice. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for an hour, then stir, making sure more of the fish gets exposed to the acidic lime and lemon juices. Let sit for several hours, giving time for the flavors to blend. Check out that recipe and millions of others from your I-phone. And if you don't have an I-phone then get one!! And if you are not a Mac user then become one. It's that simple =)

But alas, like most regular folk, I just throw on something I already have in my closet, which can be a slippery slope down hill. Take for instance this LIME GREEN purse and Flower-Power 70s mash up:
And until then, I'll just keep snapping photos from an inconspicuous corner in Starbucks with a great street view.
